7-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your digital letter for any reason, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. You may keep your PDF.
24-hour grace period.
Because we begin printing your book at our partner Lulu within 24 hours of payment, refund eligibility depends on timing:
If your printed book arrives with a defect that is our fault — including:
— we will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Please email support@heartwoven.gift within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the defect.
When you upload a photograph below our recommended resolution (1500 pixels on the long edge), we display a warning and ask you to confirm. By confirming, you accept that the printed image may appear softer than it does on screen. We cannot offer a refund for low-resolution photo print quality in this case.
You may abandon your session at any time before payment with no obligation. We retain your unpaid session for 90 days in case you wish to return.
